COLLECT IN STORE

Orders placed before 3 pm Monday-Friday will be ready to collect the following day after midday from the store of your selection. This may be longer during any national holiday periods. Please bring your confirmation e-mail when collecting your order.

In order to guarantee freshness:

  • Coffee orders must be collected within 14 days. Any order not collected within the allocated 14 days will result in the order being non refundable and your order will be cancelled.

  • Scone orders must be collected within 24 hours. Any order not collected within the allocated 24 hours will result in the order being non refundable and your order will be cancelled.

  • All other products incl Tea, Gift sets, Hot chocolate and accessories, must be collected within 30 days. Failing to do so, will result in the order being non refundable and your order will be cancelled.


shipping

We ship products across the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands). At present, we are not able to ship orders outside of the U.K.

Orders placed before 3 pm Monday-Friday are shipped the following working day. We ship via Royal Mail. Our standard shipping service is 2nd class post, so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of your order. This may be longer during any national holiday periods.

We retain proof of postage for all items sent and cannot be held responsible for items sent to addresses provided in error. Please ensure all details are accurate at the time of ordering. In line with distance selling regulations we only refund the cost of returning the items if received in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. Please ensure you keep proof of postage. A refund will be initiated on receipt of your returned items if required.
